"Recognise, Respect, Reflect Mens program."

I would like to thank Jason and Anoushka for all of their help and new skills that I learnt whilst attending the 12-week , Recognise, Respect, Reflect Mens program. I highly recommend this program to any men that have been involved in Dvo situations as it has taught me how to communicate with my family and others in a respectful manner . I have learnt how to respond rather than react in a uncomfortable situation and how to control my feelings/attitude towards the other person. Now that I have completed this Mens program I have alot more confidence in myself to own my past mistakes and how to move forward in my life in a positive way rather than repeating old habits/ways that I thought was the only way to handle things as i didn't know any better. Having learnt these new skills from Jason and Anoushka in group i now have a better outlook on the bigger picture in a relationship and how to listen to my partner and have real respect towards her and her feelings and knowing that she is my equal. This Mens group was totally awesome and I really appreciate the opportunity that I was given to attend.
