"Support at home"

My uncle is living at home, on a farm, with dementia. The district nursing team at Beaufort & Skipton Health Service have been exceptional in the care they have provided over the last couple of years. They have been pivotal to my uncle staying at home for this long. The team have navigated some significant challenges over the last 12 months with professionalism, grace and compassion. If my uncle had the insight to tell you, he would be incredibly thankful for the service. Our extended family would like to thank the district nursing team, meals on wheels service, the wonderful staff in the GP clinic at Skipton and to the wider management team for their support.
