This group was amazing. It made me not feel so alone in the trauma that I had expected post birth and even though our journeys were different it was comforting knowing that we had shared similar feelings. It also connects you with mother's with similar aged babies which is a huge bonus!.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very happy that the Mother–Baby Nurture program has been such a positive experience for you and your baby. It is lovely to hear that you gained benefits from the program and connected with other mothers and similar aged babies. One of the aims of the program is to provide a safe space for new mums where participants can reflect on, and share their own experiences.
