My son was involved in a sports accident needing him to lay flat as he hit his head and hurt his neck.
The staff a Karratha Health Campus were very kind and supportive explaining everything along the way. He had xrays and they consulted with specialist in Perth. He needed to be admitted while waiting for RFDS as their CT scanner wasn't working which they were very apologetic about. We were transferred to Hedland Health Campus the following afternoon where he had scans and further investigations and treatment.
His care was amazing, from the Doctors and Nurses that looked after him in both Emergency Departments to the Ward staff of Karratha Health Campus. We were transferred to Hedland Health Campus the following afternoon where he had scans and further investigations and treatment. We felt included and my son was well cared for. Thank you.
