"A bad experience at Pathology Collection"

I was at the Pathology Collection of the St George Public Hospital at Kogarah, on a recent weekend. There was only one staff at reception, checking the forms, Medicare Card, etc. The same staff also did the blood collection. I understand that there will be a long wait. The issue is, while this staff was doing what I believe to be 2 persons' job, a few staff at the back were chatting so loudly & laughing and, I recall, screaming their heads off. Us people outside waiting, had to put up with this loud uproar, of staff enjoying themselves, not to mention having to wait for such a long time, for the collection of our blood. That is beyond ridiculous in my opinion!
