Hello,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conduct I experienced during my recent appointment with one of your dentists.

I had scheduled this appointment over a month in advance to address specific concerns regarding a black stain on my teeth and issues with my gum health. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was shocked and dismayed to be informed by the dentist that my situation did not constitute an "emergency" and that I should book another appointment and wait on a waiting list. It is important to note that when I originally booked this appointment, I clearly communicated the nature of my visit to your receptionist, who confirmed the appointment without any indication that my concerns were not urgent enough to be addressed promptly.

The clinic was notably quiet during my visit, and I felt it was evident that the dentist was not occupied with other patients. Despite this, it seemed they displayed a complete lack of willingness to perform their duties. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my valuable time but also demonstrated a disregard for patient care and the responsibilities of their role.

I must emphasize that the receptionist staff were polite and helpful throughout, which contrasts sharply with the seemingly dismissive and unprofessional attitude displayed by the dentist. It is deeply disappointing and concerning that such behavior is tolerated within your clinic.

I expect a formal response addressing this matter promptly. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that incidents like this do not recur.
