"My experience with the MAPS program at Osborne Park Hospital."

About: Osborne Park Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

We were part of the MAPS program at Osborne Park Hospital for our second pregnancy. The experience with the program was amazing and we felt so comfortable throughout with seeing our primary midwife Erin for the duration. She made us feel cared for and comfortable at all our antenatal appointments, and seeing the same midwife meant we had the time to talk through any concerns and important parts of the pregnancy at all these appointments.

We really couldn't have asked for anything more for our experience during the pregnancy journey with Erin. It was also really comforting to have Erin visit us at home for our postnatal care. We really enjoyed our experience with the program and would recommend this type of care for a  pregnancy journey to anyone at the beginning of their experience

Dear guidefn48

Congratulation on the birth of your second baby and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Maternity Antenatal and Postnatal Service (MAPS) program at Osborne Park Hospital. The MAPS program pilot is still underway, and it’s incredibly helpful to get feedback like yours to inform future service planning.

We will be sure to pass on your kind feedback to Erin – I’m sure she’ll be very pleased to hear how comfortable and cared for you felt of the result of the care she provided.

Wishing you and your family all the best,

Delaney
