I am a health provider at another service.
I contacted Swan Hill Primary Health to have a health history and list of current medications for a client of mine.
In the phone, I was not asked who I was, where I was calling from, why I wanted the information or if I had consent from the patient. Nothing!
All information required was given without checking who I was, and what relationship I had to the patient.
