"Wound care"

About: Busselton Health Campus

(as a carer),

My husband attended the wound clinic on a weekend, without an appointment, due to concerns about a wound resulting from a recent stomach surgery. Edel kindly fitted him into her schedule. She cleaned the wound, gave us advice in future steps to take, whilst reassuring us that all was well. Her manner inspired confidence and we left feeling much better about the wound.

Good morning lawhmr2021

Many thanks for taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback.

As an organisation servicing the community we pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver gold standard care, and I am pleased that Edel was able to review the wound and provide support and education to reassure you and your husband.

I have spoken to Edel today and provided her with your feedback and she said to thank you for your kind words.

I wish your husband a speedy recovery.

Kind Regards

Gaynor
