Flew RFSS. Admitted in hospital G42 had major heart attack plus ongoing attacks was while in hospital
All good until Doctors decided after one day been pain free and 14 different tablets that it was time to be out of hospital.
Present back to ED 3 days later. Given a Panadol told to go home.
Ambulance called 2 days later major attack in ED where I recall they all stood around and watched for 25 minutes and did nothing.
Admitted G42. On the 9th day and still in pain.
I believe nurses do not understand when the buzzer is pressed, the pain is growing and it takes no longer than 10 minutes to go from pain of 2 to pain of 7/8 and I feel they dawdle. In my experience, give a Panadol take an ecg and seemingly wait for the patient to be aggravated with pain and distress. Happens approx every 12 - 24 hours and yet have to go through the hell again.
In my experience, loved ones can not get into see them nor the Doctors in the ward
A staff member wouldn’t let them in 2 minutes before the 10 - 1 session then made them wait another 5 just because the staff member could in my opinion.
Patient had to go through 9 people outside the toilet door to get in and out. In my opinion, their spouse then bullied by a person ”oh you might see a Willy”. Rule says 2 people not 9.
The ward closed for visits 1-3 yet how can patients rest when there is so much noise coming from the nurses station in the middle of the ward But no Visitors are allowed during this time
In my experience most coffee machines don’t work and I feel look as not been cleaned in ED
People with sick loved ones having to pay $31.40 per day to see their family then have to rent the wall TV so patients have something to take their mind off the way they feel. Bloody disgusting WA and the Board of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in my opinion.
