"Breastfeeding Problem Solving Program"

About: Breastfeeding Problem Solving Program Telehealth Service - WACHS Kimberley

I would love to praise the lactation Telehealth team at WACHS for providing an amazing and informative “Breastfeeding problem solving program”. They were knowledgeable and made me feel utmost comfortable in answering any questions I had for them. They also extended their hand to make sure I got the support I needed.  They covered a lot  in the 4 sessions provided and I felt very informed, leaving the session feeling more confident within myself. 

It was also handy having the sessions via Telehealth as I have 2 children under 3. 

Couldn’t praise them enough!

Dear CTAZ97,

Thank you so much for your positive response to the telehealth lactation services and congratulations on the new addition to your family. I am so glad that women and families in our more remote locations have the benefit of engaging with experts in our other sites. Breast feeding can be so challenging at times and often isolating, and having assistance such as this telehealth service brings the experts to your home.

Telehealth certainly has its advantages, particularly making services more accessible, not only for remote living but also for ease of access when physical meetings are more difficult.

Thank you once again and I’ll be sure to pass on your praise to the team.
