"Nurse's assistance in Urgent Care"

Recently on a weekend around 4.00 pm I unfortunately had to attend the Leongatha Hospital Urgent Care Department as a result of an injury to my arm .

I would like to acknowledge the very professional and efficient work by Nurse Ellen. At the time I was there an ambulance had arrived, a patient was in a bed in the cubical and Nurse Ellen had to tend to the three of us, locate a doctor, answer the reception area as another patient also arrived. 

Her apparent dedication, professional arrive and ability to manage so many activities was a credit to the nursing profession and herself in particular. 

Would you please ensure my sincere thanks are passed onto her and acknowledged by her superiors. 

As a retired Senior Detective I have been involved in front line emergency services incidents for almost 40 years and Nurse Ellen's ability was much appreciated. 

My late wife and I had previously donated $10,000 to the hospital for their rebuild and it was satisfying to observe that the system on this occasion worked very well due to Nurse Ellen's ability and dedication.
