"Emergency Department Experience"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I attended the the Emergency Department earlier this month very distressed and concerned. I want to thank everyone who cared for me from the volunteers at the door to the nurse at the desk all the way through to the Nurses and Doctors who attended to me. I cant thank you enough for the calmness and kindness you presented me with knowing how anxious and scared I was. You made me feed much more relieved and gave me more of an understanding of my situation and safety. Thank you and please know I really appreciated it.

Dear Scaredpatient0720

I am sorry to hear that you needed to attend our ED in a distressed and concerned state, but very happy to know that our fabulous staff were able make you feel so much better with their calmness and kindness. Please rest assured that I will share your feedback with the ED team, as well as the Volunteer team.

I hope that you are traveling well now.

Kind regards,

Neil Doverty.
