"Amazing staff"

G'day! Just wanted to give a shout-out to one of the PCW staff here. She’s an absolute legend—always so kind and has a real knack for connecting with the elders.

Nothing’s ever too much trouble for her, and she’s got the patience of a saint. Now, don’t let her looks fool you— I think she might look like she’s 12 and at first, you may think she’s more fragile than me, but nah, she’s small but terrible in the best way! Even when she’s got a tough job on her hands, she takes it on like a challenge and you can see how chuffed she is when she finally gets it done.

Living in a facility can be a bit of a slog at times, but when you’ve got someone like her around—always smiling, always checking in on you even if you don’t really need anything—it makes all the difference. She’s the kind of person who just brightens up your day and makes you feel included. An absolute champion, through and through!
