(as the patient),

I expected to have a long afternoon on the day of my appointment. I was very impressed with the waiting time, didn’t wait long before I was seen. I was surprised it took 2hrs all up. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. I was extremely impressed with Dr T, very patient and explained the procedure in detail. He made me feel comfortable and confident. I give everyone at the Sydney Eye hospital 10/10. Keep up the good work.
