"PCH Emergency & Plastics"

About: Perth Children's Hospital / Emergency Department Perth Children's Hospital / Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery - Outpatient Clinic C

(as a parent/guardian),

We brought our daughter into the PCH Emergency Department with a broken finger and I can't imagine a more positive experience during what could have been a difficult time. Everyone from triage, the emergency nurses, doctors and radiographers through to all the staff at the plastics department were fantastic. We are so fortunate to have such caring people working to look after the children of Western Australia (and in particular, our daughter!). Thank you so much!

Dear FracturedUnicorn

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your story with us. We understand how stressful it can be for children and parents in the Emergency Department and we’re so pleased to hear that it was such a positive experience for you and your daughter.

The staff involved in your daughter’s care will be delighted to receive such warm recognition! We are extremely proud of the level of care and commitment our specialist teams bring to their roles in the Emergency and Plastics Departments and your positive experience is a credit to them for their support of you and your daughter.

Thank you again for your very kind words and we wish your daughter all the very best for a speedy recovery.

Warm regards,

Donald and Carrie
