I needed help toward my recovery progress, and am a single stay at home mum with young children. Lives lived well catered to my circumstances and allowed me to attend virtually which was great.

The staff provide a safe inclusive non judgemental setting and service that was easy to engage with and understand, and I believe supported everyone in kind way.

I'm very pleased with delivery of the program and the valuable content lessons and information I received that has and will continue to help me achieve my goals of controlling my substance use problems. The information was clear easy to understand and explored in detail by the staff. The tools and information are very useful in improving my life in many ways  ie. Mental health and well being.  So yea I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to use the service if anyone out there needs help. I'm appreciative to the kind supportive attentive welcoming staff and the lives lived well program.
