Recently, I arrived at the Townsville E.D. around 3.30pm.
The waiting room was bustling, so I was prepared to wait an extremely long time.
However, the duration of my experience was less than 3 hours.
I was called in for an xray by a very kind staff about 45 minutes after arrival. It was less than an hour later that the same kind, and extremely professional Dr. James had my broken wrist in a cast, administered pain medication.
Tom, Lauren and another two beautiful people assisted Dr . James.
I left Townsville JCU Hospital with a profound sense of gratitude and feeling extremely blessed that I live in Australia, that this Hospital has the most caring, professional, hard working people, who genuinely cared about me.
These great people deserve the highest possible recognition.
