I would like to provide feedback about my midwife, Rebecca, who looked after myself, baby, and student midwife (Nimo) during my pregnancy in 2024 as part of MGP.
After having Paula for the birth of my first child in 2021 as part of MGP, my expectations were high, and Rebecca exceeded those expectations.
Throughout the entire experience, including birth and after care, Rebecca's calm and gentle nature was exactly what I needed to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable.
Her knowledge and ability to answer any question, no matter how seemingly obscure, always surprised me (in a good way) and ensured I made informed decisions for my family at every stage.
Rebecca's attention to detail and proactive approach ensured I always new where/what I needed and when.
Her patience and and professionalism when training Nimo was excellent and I always felt I was in safe hands!
I hope that more funding is put towards continuity of care options (specifically MGP) so that all mothers receive the attention and care they deserve.
Thanks Rebecca, we appreciate you.
