"Not scary, no shame"

I was very uncomfortable about seeing someone about what I thought was a wart that had appeared on my private part recently, but it's not the sort of thing I'd leave untreated.

Phone call to the STD clinic at RPH had me booked in for 10 days later with Dr Craig.

On the day I filled in the forms and waited.  Admin staff very matter-of-fact; so far so good.

Dr Craig saw me, answered all my questions, was very reassuring, professional, friendly.  I'd say his Customer Service Ethic was second to none.

Treatment was quick, almost completely painless and I was on my way, quite surprised that the experience I'd been quite nervous about had been so comfortable and easy.

I just want to record my thanks to Dr Shaw and the Communicable Disease section of Royal Perth Hospital.
