"Really nice staff"

About: POWH Community Assessment Unit

(as a relative),

I needed an iron infusion and was referred by my new GP to come to this unit. I'm an Aboriginal woman in my 80s from LaPerouse.

I met some really nice staff who explained what was happening.  They were respectful to me.

Hello junefq57

Thank you for your lovely feedback from your recent experience in the Community Assessment Unit at POWH.

It is wonderful to see the respectful and person-centered care you received in the CAU has left such a positive memory with you. Your kind words will be passed onto the teams.

I hope you continue to be well.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

Nursing Co-Director
