"Mobility within hospital"

I have been diagnosed with a pleural effusion and cirrhosis of the liver. My biggest problem is breathlessness when moving. I would like to suggest RPA has a service at the main entrance to assist patients with breathing and mobility issues by providing a wheelchair service to take people to the lifts or radiology. The current porter system doesn't allow for this. It could be serviced by volunteers or young trainees.
