Hi. I visited the Sir Charles Gairdner ED as I had a very bad nose bleed at 5am and fainted. 

On visiting  ED, I was seen by the Triage Nurse at 7am as she was just finishing her shift. Even after 12 hours of work, her compassion and care was outstanding and she continued to assess me until 7.20am even after her shift finished.  Within 30 minutes, I had bloods taken and an ECG conducted by another excellent nurse. 

Within a further hour, I was seen by a very pleasant and caring doctor who checked all the results and cauterised my nose. 

I cannot commend the ED staff at Charlie's highly enough. Thank you for looking after me and being so caring.
