About: PathWest Fremantle Collection Centre

(as the patient),

I get anxious when attending for a blood test. I explained this to Nadia who was the Phlebotomist and she was fantastic! She took my blood at such a fast yet totally painless pace. I've never had my bloods taken so quickly and painlessly before. She did exactly what I asked too -- not discussing the process, not showing me the blood and was polite and integrated humour into her provision. I really appreciated her input and will definitely return for future blood tests.

Thank you for sharing your experience whilst attending the Fremantle Collection Centre. I appreciate that you have taken the time to provide such a lovely compliment about Nadja.

I am very pleased to hear that you have had such a positive experience whilst having your blood collected at our centre and that Nadja provided outstanding care, consideration and empathy. Nadja understood your anxiety around blood tests and responded to that in a way that shows she really cares about your experience. This reinforces to me the quality and professionalism of Nadja and our specimen collection team and the important role they play in a patient's health care journey.

I was delighted to share your complement with Nadja and her managers, and I'm sure she will be very pleased to hear your kind words and the positive impact she has made, when she returns from leave.
