"Emergency Department at night"

About: Bridgetown Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

My husband took me to Bridgetown ED at 2200 earlier this month. I was profusely bleeding from the nose.

The 2 RNs (1 called Cathy), and sorry I can't recall the other one on, were fantastic. The Dr Monique was likewise fantastic.

I was extremely competently and kindly cared for. They communicated clearly what they were doing and offered kind acts such as washing blood from my hands and face.

I was blown away with their efficiency and calmness whilst they stemmed my bleeding. THANKYOU TEAM.

Dear Lynbs79,

Thank you very much for your kind feedback regarding your recent experience in our Emergency Department. We work very hard to ensure people presenting to our emergency department are cared for by competent, compassionate individuals.

I will share your feedback with the staff on duty that night and the wider team. I trust that you are on your way to a full recovery and proud that our team was able to assist in such a kind, caring way. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Kind Regards

Helen Stuart
