"Mental health admission"

About: Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service

(as the patient),

I’m just calling because this is the third time I have been admitted here under mental health.

There is hacking in my phone and no one believes me, this has been happening since May. I walked into a police station and they scheduled me. The hacking has hurt my brain and my heart, they have separated me from my family and friends. This has turned into suicidal ideation. I have been trying to see a Dr. They seem to be too busy to see me. I have been waiting for several days. In that time I have only seen the Dr once. I have requested discharge, they have rejected it.

I am being held against my Will and deliberately. I believe someone on the ward is hacking my devices by the minute.

I really wanted to get out now. When I was at home I was cooking meals, and now there will be bugs in the kitchen. The treatment here has been fine, but whoever [the hacker] has put me here has put me here to monitor me, to ruin my life. I am waiting to see the doctor and they know the truth. The nurses keep saying the doctor is going to see me today but they not coming.

I believe all of this hacking and surveillance is validated, they're trying to have me diagnosed. I have seen the doctor once in 7 days.
