About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 2 West & Hand Clinic

(as the patient),

Long wait times been here 3 times now never on time even for appointments.

I felt that one the nurses at the recovery lounge was horrible and mean!

The nurse wasn’t gentle they ripped the ECT stickers out for me and when they were taking it off my shoulder, they took off my gown, not being mindful that I’m not wearing anything else under as I just came out of surgery and the curtains weren’t even close and they flash my boobs to everyone that was in the lounge and wasn’t even quick to cover it, I was the one who had to do it when my hand had a very painful Cannula and my other arm was numb, so couldn’t even move in.

Another thing they did was as I was on anaesthetic I was fell asleep. They woke me up for no apparent reason and then kept doing their work.

I have information that may help to identify them. Please give the hospital this feedback and I would like them to get back to me with the results.
