Continued excellent standard of care in modern conditions. The staff I've seen are without exception of cheerful demeanor and have high skill levels, both medically and personally. Supervisory staff are readily available if required and ancillary staff, ranging from the friendly tea ladies, cleaners and ward staff are unfailingly courteous and helpful. Although it is no pleasure to have dialysis on a continual basis, the staff of the renal unit do their utmost to provide a great environment.
