(as a relative),

My mum was unwell and needed to go to the hospital, I wanted to tell you how amazing your triage nurse I believe her name is Nona was, during our time at wonthagi. Multiple emergency came in the triage nurse was absolutely amazing and she attended to everyone in a timely manner giving everyone respect and care. I have spent many hours in emergency departments with a husband who was critically ill for over 10 years and never have I seen such an amazing nurse, she ensure high quality care with high standards with genuine care compassion and respect. I felt compelled to tell you what an amazing job she is doing. Super impressed she sets a very high standard

I have passed this feedback onto to the ED leadership team and to Nona to congratulate them all on providing such great care that is reflective of BCH Values. Nona will be really pleased that she made you and your mum feel safe and so well looked after.
