About: Karratha Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband presented to ER in extreme abdominal pain . Jacob was his triage nurse and was the best triage nurse we’ve ever encountered  - anywhere . Thorough in his questioning , showed care and concern as pain was escalating and kept us informed of the process to get my husband seen ( instead of leaving us waiting and wondering when he would be helped )

Jacob even followed up on him to make sure his pain was under control hours later (once he was in with the drs .)

Can’t thank him enough and I hope he is recognised by his line manager for his exceptional care and concern . Definitely makes all the difference encountering someone like him. When you are worried / in pain .
