Big shout out to Gowtham the amazing patient experience officer at the Sydney Eye Hospital who kept the emergency waiting room calm and orderly for hours and hours recently with his care, responsiveness and fab sense of humour. I believe the PEO is such an important job. Like service NSW. Simple acts of kindness go a long way. Thanks Gowtham
