"Post surgery care"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

I had 4 procedures done in the day procedure unit of Bunbury regional hospital. A salpingectomy, hysteroscopy, uterine ablation, and d&c, checked for endometriosis and remove any they could find and any polyps. First off the procedures that I had discussed with the doctor at the doctors practice / office was different to what was put on my paperwork which we then had to adjust as they were moving me into the theatre, when I had just come round from being under anaesthetic, the doctor walked in and flippantly told me they found nothing and then when I was discharged, I was released with no pain relief or anti nausea medication, and no discharge notes about procedures completed. I then ended up at urgent care the following day to get the pain and nausea under control.
