About: Infectious Diseases Department & Sexual Health Clinic

(as a service user),

Infectious disease clinic, administration clerk, Leanne is an asset to the team. Leanne went above & beyond to assist in getting urgent medication to Esperance. With struggles getting medication Leanne phoned back multiple times to assist in getting appropriate scripts & following through to pharmacy. She was kind, caring & an asset to FSH.
