(as a service user),

I found the staff here very professional and good at what they did. Nearly every single staff member had experienced their lives affected by addiction whether it be family members, partners, or personal and all have made the choice to work in this area to help other people who are affected by addiction.

There was definitely drama in the facility while I was there regarding patients bringing in contraband but I never felt unsafe and I felt everything was dealt with appropriately.

As feedback for potential guests - just be aware that the dos and dings are enforced so just stay on the right side of them.

This service really helped me.
