It was a Sunday afternoon my husband and I arrived at Collie ED we had travelled 60km from Darkan, I had gone back into A-fib. Upon arriving I was given a monitor and checked on in the waiting area every 30 mins or so, they were quite busy.
I was looked after by Elesha, Vlad and Jackie and two other nurses one came down from the wards to assist, and Jackie was called in, and the other nurse arrived early for her shift. there was Dr Jeet on from Bunbury, he was able to assess my situation and come up with a plan!
I was to be cardioverted that night right there in Collie no trips to Bunbury. The nursing staff were very attentive to my husband and I even though there was so much happening. I would like to let them all know how much we appreciate them, nothing was too hard. They made my husband and I feel valued. Thank you so much ladies may God bless you ❤️
