"7th floor POWH"

In the hospital from Christmas Eve till Boxing Day. I was very well looked after; all the staff were amazing. I was on the 7th floor for respiratory problems, and everyone was terrific—even the staff who brought teas and coffees. The nurse was fantastic.

I started in the emergency department—it was packed, but I was taken up as soon as possible. No hours of waiting. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but one nurse was called Pippy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was comfortable, and they did little things like changing the sheets, which made a big difference. Really, really good.
