"Treatment while in care"

About: Northam Health Service / Sub-Acute Services

(as the patient),

My story is good and Bad, treatment I received while I was in care, specifically the Physio, OT & nursing staff, excellent standard.

The bad part was incorrectly not given Procrest medication on time, as I have Parkinson’s. Medication is very important that is given at the correct time.

The care Physio, OT & Speech was of a high standard & should be noted in the hospital file.

Dear sunkh58,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

I have shared your lovely feedback to the OT, physio, speech and nursing teams and added my appreciation for the great work they do.

The Coordinator of Nursing and Midwifery has followed up with the respective teams to highlight the need of timely medication administration.

I hope you are well.

Regards

Kumar Deep
