"The best dental treatment I have had"

(as the patient),

Being nearly 70 years old, I can truly say that this was the first time in my life I have not come away hating to have dental treatment.

The receptionist was efficient and above all, very welcoming. She had a cancellation and offered it to me for my tooth extraction.

On entering the surgery, both the dental technician and dentist made me feel safe and at ease. Each step of the process was explained to me, and the dentist was so gentle that I hardly felt the anaesthetic. It was a great experience.
