"Feeling safe and secure"

I have been a permanent resident at Hawthorn Village, Bright, for 3 ¾ years and cannot speak highly enough about the care this residence provides.

At 91 years of age and still fairly independent, my feeling here is that I feel “safe and secure.”

In my opinion, all staff treat residents with respect and do their utmost to treat residents with care and respect as they meet their needs.

At present, the staff shortage is in a very demanding situation. I believe nurses working 12 hr shifts without complaint, however, it could lead to a consequence where the demands are too much, and this I would regret.

I would not name any one particular staff member in particular.
