(as the patient),

When the ambulance brought me to the St George Public Hospital due to an accident, I was in my most vulnerable physical condition and was an inpatient for several days. I am most impressed by:

*  the 2 Ambulance Officers 

* Dr P's Team

* Most of the nurses in South 6B

* Physiotherapists in hospital and out-of -hospital care

* Social Worker Sharon and others

for the empathy, care, professionalism as well as the foresight of having an Out of Hospital Team.  Incredible people, they all are!

Your kind acknowledgment of the Ambulance Officers, Dr. P's team, the nurses in South 6B, the Physiotherapists, and Social Worker Sharon – as well as the Out of Hospital Team – is deeply appreciated. It’s clear their empathy, professionalism, and dedication left a lasting impression, and I’m grateful you took the time to highlight their efforts.

The incredible teamwork among our staff is something we are very proud of, and it’s wonderful to hear how it contributed to your care and recovery. I’ll make sure your heartfelt feedback is shared with everyone you mentioned – it will mean so much to them.
