(as the patient),

I had surgery recently and would like to thank the entire OT staff, starting with Kylie on Reception, all the nurses, my surgeon & GP anaesthetist. They all guided me through what was a scary time for me with the utmost care and professionalism. All staff were happy & proud to be working in OT and it showed. I would put myself into their care anytime, thank you all so much.

I’m so sorry for the delay in responding, please be assured I really appreciate you providing such lovely feedback. We have shared this with all the staff, whom we are very proud of, and we will also share your feedback in our staff newsletter which is coming out in the next couple of weeks.
