"Palliative care team at Logan Hospital"

My dad recently lost his 12 year battle with cancer at Logan hospitals palliative care unit. As a family we feel blessed to have had this experience there. 

The care and compassion shown by both the Doctors and Nurses was second to none. They explained the process they included us in decisions and were so warm and caring. Kelly, Kylie, Simone and Mark cared for my dad like he was one of their own family members. 

They sat and listed to our stories of our family. They spoke to my dad in such a kind and compassionate way. 

We are so appreciative and feel very privileged to have shared this enormous experience at this facility. 

We do hope that the team knows of our appreciation and gratitude.
