"I haven't been triaged in five years"

About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital

(as the patient),

I was referred to Sir Charles Gairdner over five years ago, as the hearing people say I have Conductive hearing loss that should be investigated as it may be possible to have a small operation to fix the problems.

I'm still waiting, I don't think triage should take this long.

Hi cycloneyb58,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience – five years is a very long wait. Could you clarify who the "hearing people" are that referred you to Sir Charles Gairdner? It would help us understand your situation better and how we can assist.

Kind regards,

Jodi Graham
