About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

SEH .. Pre alert to the need for a timely arrival - acknowledged (I didn't want to be dismissed by a machine); a smooth, matter-of-fact processing through reception; a timely, pleasant and confident consultation with my Opthamologist ... and all my concerns were dealt with. 

I have no criticism of the SEH ... you see a demanding and excessively busy workplace managed with a very high level of professionalism. Thank you!
