"Rehabilitation in the Home"

About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a carer),

After a stay in hospital, RITH reached out for extra care for my wife. The Social Worker, Tahlia visited and recommended a follow-up with an OT and a Physiotherapist. The OT, Jenny, offered some good advice and the Physio, Ricki, made two visits to show my wife ways to get up off the floor if she had another fall. This was followed with Tahlia returning to see if there was anything else any of them could assist us with.

All three were very professional, courteous and helpful and left us feeling we were well looked after. Thank you for being there for us.
