I have two children who have had immunisations in 2 states, 6 different clinics and today my was the best experience I have ever encountered.
Jeanette (I hope that's her name) at Esperance population health was the calmest, nicest immuniser I have ever come across. It's the first immunisation in which my child didn't cry, was breastfed through the process without judgement and my 3 year old was able to sit quietly and normalise a procedure happen to her brother without any fear or worry.
I believe this was solely because of the immuniser who's calm presence and non judgemental approach made the world of difference. It was solely patient centred and flexible to work with us and our needs. I honestly think she should teach others in other clinics how to be more patient focused because maybe she would be the difference between a vaccine given or vaccine hesitancy being developed. I wish all of my childs immunisations were how we experienced today. I believe she's a fantastic clinician and a real asset to your team.
