"Amazing care"

My son had a routine ENT procedure today at SJoG Murdoch and his care has been phenomenal. 

His nurses Alyssa and Hayley have been attentive, caring and kind. They have made sure to keep us up to date and explain everything to us at all times. Alyssa managed to calm my distressed son, and even got him to smile before his procedure. 

When he went to theatre the nurse manager Elouise, was very professional and calming and chatted along the way to keep me calm. His theatre nurse Anne Marie was also very good at reassuring me and making sure I knew what was going on. She explained the recovery process and what was going on with him in recovery very well.

His Doctor George Sim and anaesthetist Dr Andreas Manopas have also been amazing, very calm and reassuring explaining everything in detail and answering all questions and concerns. 

Overall our experience at SJoG Murdoch has been outstanding and such a fantastic experience under the potentially stressful circumstances. 

I'd also like to thank the admin and support staff, who have all been friendly and helpful as well.
