I want to thank the admissions & pre-post-operative care team (Victoria and her team) for their kind, gentle, reassuring, and efficient care.
I felt in good hands at all times. The smiles and sense of humour were an added and welcomed bonus.
Meeting Daniel the anaesthetist and Mr / Prof. Satish prior was very much appreciated.
Thank you for humanising the process.
