"My 100 year old father who suffers from dysphasia"

About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a carer),

We were referred to your team for OT services and speech pathology services when he was released from a stay in Hospital in WA. I felt overwhelmed at the time being his sole cater at home.

Susan the speech pathologist and the Occupational therapist from RiTH provided much needed support. I’d like to thank them.

Dear attendentcr46,

Thank you for passing on the positive feedback following your experience with Rehabilitation in the Home. I’m glad to hear that you and your father received the care and support you needed, and I have passed your thanks on to Susan and the OT team.

I really appreciate the time you have taken to share this and wish your father all the best for his continued recovery.

Kind Regards,

Kate Gatti

Executive Director
