"Cardiologist ward"

My child was in hospital after having a defib infection. For 2 weeks the defib was taken out. The nurses on the ward were wonderful caring.  But over run by patients who are very demanding in my opinion. A all about them. The story is I feel we’re burning our great nurses out.  1 nurse to 8 patients is incredible . How do they cope.  

Then u have Dr demanding this a that phones, ringing what a circus not a ward.  Anyway I believe we have a lovely hospital but no staff and we need more nurses.   Please help.  Mr albense.  This is destressing .
